Источники питания серии DPP для работы от трехфазной сети

Компания TDK-Lambda дополнила линейку популярных источников питания серии DPP для монтажа на DIN-рейку трёхфазными моделями. Предлагаемые модели с выходными мощностями 120, 240 и 480 Вт предназначены для применений в промышленных системах управления и испытательном оборудовании.

Предлагаются модификации с выходными напряжениями 12 и 24 В мощностью 120 Вт, 24 и 48 В мощностью 240 и 480 Вт. Модули подключаются к трёхфазной сети переменного напряжения 340–575 В частотой 47–63 Гц. Важной особенностью новых моделей является способность в случае отказа одной из питающих фаз работать от двухфазной сети, выдавая в нагрузку 80% номинальной мощности. Для уменьшения доли реактивной составляющей все модели оснащены встроенным корректором коэффициента мощности.

Для компенсации падения напряжения в соединительных линиях выходные напряжения источников могут регулироваться. Коэффициент нестабильности по току составляет ±1% при работе одного модуля и ±5% при параллельном включении двух модулей для повышения выходной мощности.

Модели с выходным напряжением 24 В имеют функцию контроля выходного напряжения: нормально разомкнутый релейный контакт с током коммутации 0,3 А замыкается при снижении выходного напряжения модуля до уровня 17,6–19,4 В. Это свойство может быть использовано для предотвращения работы датчиков и соленоидов при пониженном напряжении, когда их поведение может быть непредсказуемым.

Дополнительными защитными функциями являются защита от перегрузки по току (для моделей мощностью 480 Вт можно выбрать режим постоянной защиты или переключающийся режим защиты), защита от перенапряжения и защита от перегрева с самовосстановлением. Диапазон рабочих температур от –25 до +61°C  - при полной выходной мощности. При дальнейшем повышении температуры (до +71°C) мощность линейно снижается на 2,5% на каждый градус.

Новые модели серии DPP соответствуют требованиям стандарта EN55022 Class B к кондуктивным и излучаемым электромагнитным помехам. По электробезопасности модули соответствуют требованиям стандартов UL/EN60950-1 и UL508. Все модели могут устанавливаться на DIN-рейки TS35/7.5 или TS35/15. Прочный металлический корпус оснащен стандартными винтовыми зажимами для подключения внешних цепей. Все модели поддерживаются 2-летней гарантией.
