Компания Advantech анонсировала новый Type 7 COM Express модуль SOM-5992.

SOM-5992 – первый в мире COM Express модуль на базе серверного процессора с 16 ядрами и 64 ГБ оперативной памяти, а также двумя слотами 10GBASE-KR для быстрой передачи и приёма данных. Большой объём памяти – до 64 ГБ и мощный процессор Intel Xeon с 16 ядрами позволяет использовать этот модуль для серверных приложений. Габариты SOM-5992 составляют 125 мм х 95 мм.
